If you travel with your pet(s), or if you know someone who does, this is a book filled with 24-Hour and After-Hour veterinary facilities across the United States.

Operation, and Website Address
* With permission from the ASPCA, The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, there is also information on the Ten Most Common Poisonous Plants; Toxic and Non-Toxic Plant Lists; and A Way to Keep a Poison Safe Home. The contact number is also included for direct guidance in an emergency.
* There is also a chapter on Veterinary Teaching Hospitals and their locations, including routine and emergency information. If you travel with a pet with special needs, this may be a section for you and your pet.
* Considering we never know when we might be evacuated due to Mother Nature (or some other reason), we also have a section on emergency evacuation planning, along with a pet travel checklist.
While we hope you never have reason to use this book, we do
hope it may provide some comfort if you ever feel the need to refer to
